　　便攜式培養箱的干培原理是利用箱內的加熱裝置升溫，然后使用空氣循環(huán)系統將空氣循環(huán)到箱內的加濕裝置，通過(guò)蒸汽發(fā)生器的加濕過(guò)程使箱內的相對濕度達到所需的濕度值，并且通過(guò)循環(huán)設備使箱內的氧氣和二氧化碳保持平衡，創(chuàng )造適合干培菌的生長(cháng)環(huán)境。濕培原理則是利用箱內的噴霧裝置對菌種進(jìn)行滴灌或濕潤處理，使其受到水分的刺激刺激，并通過(guò)加熱系統將箱內溫度調節至適合濕潤菌種生長(cháng)的環(huán)境，同時(shí)通過(guò)循環(huán)設備控制氧氣和二氧化碳的濃度，來(lái)保證菌種正常生長(cháng)繁殖。
 
　　在使用干培兩用箱時(shí)，需要根據不同菌種和實(shí)驗的要求，設定合適的溫度、濕度和氣體濃度等環(huán)境參數，以達到所需要的生長(cháng)條件。同時(shí)，使用前還需要進(jìn)行消毒和清潔，以避免污染和交叉感染。以下是便攜式培養箱常見(jiàn)的維護保養方法：
 
　　1.定期清潔：內部應該定期清潔，例如每三個(gè)月進(jìn)行一次清潔。除塵、擦洗表面以及拆卸可移動(dòng)部件進(jìn)行深度清潔等措施都可以采取。
 
　　2.保持箱內環(huán)境：保證內濕度和溫度的穩定。定期檢查溫度和濕度計并校準。盡量避免在潮濕環(huán)境下使用，遮擋窗戶(hù)以避免陽(yáng)光直接照入箱內。
