細菌恒溫培養箱的使用

簡(jiǎn)要描述：細菌恒溫培養箱接上電源后，即可開(kāi)啟加熱開(kāi)關(guān)，干燥箱將溫度設定撥盤(pán)撥至所需的工作溫度值。恒溫培養箱和隔水式培養箱將溫度“設定一測量“開(kāi)關(guān)置于“設定"，調節溫度設定旋鈕至所需工作溫度后，將“設定一測量“開(kāi)關(guān)置于“測量"，此時(shí)箱內開(kāi)始升溫，綠燈亮(智能式或特殊要求，說(shuō)明書(shū)另附)。

　　細菌恒溫培養箱通電后的使用：
 
　　(1)接上電源后，即可開(kāi)啟加熱開(kāi)關(guān)，干燥箱將溫度設定撥盤(pán)撥至所需的工作溫度值。恒溫培養箱和隔水式培養箱將溫度“設定一測量“開(kāi)關(guān)置于“設定”，調節溫度設定旋鈕至所需工作溫度后，將“設定一測量“開(kāi)關(guān)置于“測量”，此時(shí)箱內開(kāi)始升溫，綠燈亮(智能式或特殊要求，說(shuō)明書(shū)另附)。
 
　　(2)當溫度升至所需工作溫度時(shí)，調至綠燈熄滅，再作微調至綠燈復亮，在此指示燈交替明滅處即為恒溫點(diǎn)，此時(shí)即可再把旋鈕作微調至綠燈熄滅處令其恒溫(很可能在恒溫時(shí)，溫度仍繼續上升，此乃余熱影響，此現象約半小時(shí)左右即會(huì )處于穩定)。當工作室內溫度穩定時(shí)(即所謂“恒溫狀態(tài)”)則可將控溫器再稍作調整，以提高溫度控制的精確度，用此法可選取任何工作溫度。
 
　　(3)干燥箱恒溫時(shí)，應關(guān)閉高溫開(kāi)關(guān)，只留一組電熱器工作，以免功率過(guò)大，影響恒溫精度，工作溫度小于150℃時(shí)，只需一組加熱器工作，應關(guān)閉高溫開(kāi)關(guān)。
 
　　(4)溫度達到后，可根據試驗需要，作一定時(shí)間的恒溫(W型可設定恒溫工作時(shí)間)，在此過(guò)程中，可由控溫器自動(dòng)控溫而不需加入人工管理。

　　細菌恒溫培養箱注意事項：
 
　　(1)本箱為非防爆型，故腐蝕性及易燃性物品禁止放入箱內干燥，以免爆炸。
 
　　(2)使用本箱時(shí)，供電電壓一定要與本箱額定工作電壓相符，以免損壞箱內電子器件，切勿任意拆卸機件，以免損壞箱內電氣線(xiàn)路。
 
　　(3)本箱使用環(huán)境溫度不得高于45℃。
 
　　(4)本箱如發(fā)生故障，應由熟悉電子儀器的電工修理。
 
　　細菌恒溫培養箱保護與維修：
 
　　(1)切勿把本箱放在含酸、含堿的腐蝕性環(huán)境中，以免損壞電子部件。
 
　　(2)需要搬動(dòng)時(shí)，盡量做到小心輕放，避免劇烈震動(dòng)后造成內部電氣線(xiàn)路接點(diǎn)松動(dòng)。
 
　　(3)注意保護本箱外表漆面，否則，不但影響箱體外型美觀(guān)，更重要的是會(huì )縮短箱體的壽命。
