談一談干培兩用箱的維護要點(diǎn)

　　干培兩用箱主要有直熱式和隔水式兩種：直熱式用電熱絲直接加熱。隔水式培養箱的恒溫室被水箱包圍，通電后，加熱的是水，利用熱水的溫度使箱內恒溫，故為間接加熱。這種培養箱，溫度的上升或下降較為緩慢，更適合于細菌培養。
 
　　干培兩用箱維護要點(diǎn)：
 
　　1、外殼應可靠接地。
 
　　2、制冷工作時(shí)，不宜使箱內溫度與環(huán)境溫度之差大于25度。
 
　　3、要放置在陰涼、干燥、通風(fēng)良好、遠離熱源和日曬的地方。放置平穩，以防震動(dòng)發(fā)生噪音。
 
　　4、為保證冷凝器有效地散熱，冷凝器與墻壁之間距離應大于100mm。箱體側面應有50mm間隙，箱體頂部至少應有300mm空間。
 
　　5、在搬運、維修、保養時(shí)，應避免碰撞，搖晃震動(dòng)；傾斜度小于45度。
 
　　6、儀器突然不工作，請檢查熔絲管(箱后)是否燒壞，檢查供電情況。
